SAMPLE POLICY
We understand the importance of evaluating our products firsthand. To support your sourcing needs, we are pleased to offer a straightforward sample policy:
- Complimentary Samples: We provide up to 5 sample pieces entirely free of charge.
- Shipping Costs: For new customers, we kindly request that you cover the freight charges for the sample shipment. You can either provide us with your courier account number (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS) or we can calculate the shipping cost for you to prepay.
For requests exceeding 5 pieces or for custom sample requirements, please contact our sales team for further assistance.
Qualified Buyers: We provide samples to registered, qualified buyers who purchase on behalf of companies, organizations, businesses, schools, and other professional or non-profit groups. Due to the occasional misuse of samples, we reserve the right to decline a sample request at our discretion.
We only ship samples to commercial addresses. We do not ship them to residential addresses or PO boxes.
How to Request a Sample: You can send email or talk to us on WhatsApp for samples. We will reply ASAP about your sample request before we ship the sample.
Types of Samples: In most cases our samples are neutral. And we also need to check the samples are in stocks or not. Some samples might be with LOGO (not blank)
Limits on Sample Requests: For a single project/single order, we can provide free samples for your top 5 product choices. We reserve the right to limit the number of samples provided for a single project.
Samples are Not Returnable: Samples are yours to keep. They are not returnable. (We no longer offer a credit for sample charges on your order.)
