THE WARRANTY
Nothing makes your tech indestructible, but nothing stops us trying.
We believe in our products – with expert craftsmanship and cutting-edge design, they are made to last – but in the rare instances where something goes wrong, we’ve got your back. No two products are the same and not all products have the same lifespan, but all our products come with a serious warranty.
JINSHANG TECHNOLOGY Warranty relates to manufacturing and workmanship. It does not cover any problem or damage to an item that is caused by or originates from:
- Installation or application failures
- Daily wear-and-tear (including cosmetic damage and natural yellowing of clear cases)
- Drops and falls
- Liquid damage
- Intentional modifications or third-party repairs
- Items not sold by us or our authorised resellers
- Theft or loss of the product
- Damage caused by misuse or mishandling of the product
- Damage caused by poor storage, burns, solvents, animals, varying environments, exposure to extreme temperatures or natural phenomena
- Peeling or deterioration to the artwork on any of our products
Additional Terms for Luggage
Our hardshell suitcase is covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty (25 years) against defects in materials and workmanship.
What's covered
- Structural or manufacturing defects that cause the suitcase or its components to stop functioning properly
- Breakages or failures due to workmanship or production faults
- Repairs or replacements for defective wheels, handles, locks or hardware
What’s not covered
This warranty does not cover damage caused by external forces or regular use, including:
- Airline or transport damage
- Cosmetic blemishes, scuffs, scratches or wear and tear from normal travel
- Damage caused by extreme temperatures, solvents, acids or water exposure
- Misuse, neglect or intentional damage
- Lost or stolen suitcases or their contents
- Third-party repairs or modifications
Repair process
If your suitcase requires repair, we’ll determine the best approach depending on the issue:
- Self-service repairs: For simple fixes, we’ll provide replacement parts and a repair guide.
- Full-service repairs: For more complex issues, we’ll arrange for the suitcase to be repaired through our authorised network.
Shipping responsibilities
- You'll cover the cost of sending your products to the repair centre.
You don't need to keep your original packaging, but we recommend holding onto the box in case of future returns.
PLEASE NOTE:
- It is not possible to claim a warranty replacement for any product which has previously been refunded for any reason.
- The quality of any items should be checked when they arrive – contact us immediately if you have any concerns.
- When contacting us about any warranty claims, you will need to attach at least one high-resolution photo/video clearly showing the defect. If your complaint is deemed to be valid, we will then replace the item, with a new product of the same model and style.
- If an exact replacement is unavailable when a claim is approved, an alternative product or solution may be offered at Mous’s discretion. This won’t include refunds.
- If your product was gifted to you, please note that we will need to match your claim to the original order in our system, using either the order number or the buyer’s details.
- Promotional items (those sent for the purpose of carrying out reviews, videos, etc.) and complimentary items (those sent by our Customer Experience team as a goodwill exception) are not covered by this warranty.
JinShang Tech reserves the right at any time, at its sole discretion, without liability to you or any third party, to modify, suspend or terminate this warranty.
